The Best Time to Post on TikTok in 2025
Buffer's article, "The Best Time to Post on TikTok in 2025 — New Data," analyses over 1 million TikTok posts to determine optimal posting times.
The study finds that Sunday at 8 p.m. yields the highest views, followed by Tuesday at 4 p.m. and Wednesday at 5 p.m. The article emphasises that while these times are generally effective, individual results may vary based on specific audience behaviours.
It also provides guidance on analysing personal TikTok data to identify the best posting times tailored to one's audience. Check it out here to learn more.
